The Valentini brand of grappas of excellence since 1872.

These are single vineyard distilled Grappas (only one grape variety at a time) from 100% Trentino grapes. Grappe Blend di Bianche are distilled by hand in a discontinuous copper pot still in a bain-marie, with skillful cutting of head and tail. Once distilled, the Valentini master distiller carefully blends 3 different single-variety grappas to create the two different “blends”: Audace and Morbida. They are then brought to the grade with only non-distilled high mountain spring water and filtered several times, according to the technique that distinguishes Valentini spirits.


AUDACE is a blend of unaged single vines at 43% vol. with a robust character, ideal for supporters of traditional grappa.


MORBIDA is a blend of single grape varieties not aged at 40% vol. with a soft and delicate character and slightly floral hints ideal for modern consumers, it is a grappa of the highest quality that is easy to drink.

SINGLE VARIETY ITALIAN GRAPPAS

Monovitigno Grappas are distilled in monovitigno (only one grape variety at a time) from 100% Trentino grapes. Valentini Monovitigno Grappas are distilled by hand in discontinuous copper pot stills in a bain-marie, with a skilful cutting of head and tail. Once distilled, they are carefully brought to 40% vol. with only undistilled high mountain spring water and then filtered several times, according to the technique that distinguishes Valentini distillates, to obtain clean and delicate fragrances that satisfy the demanding palates of our customers.


The range of Valentini single-varietal vines is composed of Chardonnay, Teroldego, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Noir and Moscato.

VALENTINI STILLA

AGED GRAPPAS BLEND

ABV: 40% VOL

Bt Format: 50cl

STILLA is a Blend of aged grappa.


It starts with grappa distilled by hand in a discontinuous copper bain-marie still, with the expert cutting of the head and tail. Once distilled, the Valentini master distiller carefully blends 3 different single-variety grappas to create the first grappa ‘blend’, which is then brought to the desired ABV, with only undistilled high mountain spring water. The base grappa thus produced is placed in French oak barriques, Bureau Veritas certified, and begins ageing in underground cellars at a constant humidity and temperature. The Valentini master distiller then selects and blends different grappas thus aged for 2, 3 and 5 years, creating the blend called Stilla.

VALENTINI VELVET

AGED GRAPPAS BLEN

ABV: 42% VOL

Bt Format: 70cl

VELVET is a Blend of very old grappa.


It starts with grappa distilled by hand in a discontinuous copper bain-marie still, with skilful cutting of head and tail. Once distilled, the Valentini master distiller carefully blends 3 different single grape varieties to create the first grappa ‘blend’, which is then brought to degree with only undistilled high mountain spring water. The base grappa thus produced is placed in French oak barriques, Bureau Veritas certified, and begins ageing in underground cellars at a constant humidity and temperature. Then the Valentini master distiller selects and blends different grappas thus aged for 3, 5 and 7 years, creating the blend called VELVET
